Why the map is the paid half
Filtering belongs to everyone. Drawing a search area, saving it, and coming back to it is a professional tool. If you run a portal, the map is probably why you're here.
Beside the listings, above them, or a toggle between the two — using the map system Houzez is already set up for. Choose the side, let visitors collapse it.

A circle around any point, in kilometres or miles — or centred on the visitor's own location. Exactly the search a buyer thinks in.

Outline a neighbourhood corner by corner, or hold and drag to lasso it freehand. Only properties inside the shape come back.
POLYGON · FREEHAND
Pan or zoom and the results follow the view, so what's on screen is always what matched. Off by default — on where the map is how people browse.
LIVE VIEWPORT
Visitors save a search to their Houzez dashboard and come back to it. Map-drawn and radius searches are described properly, where the theme shows a blank row.
